I am an early career academic, having returned to university both to learn and teach after a long career in film, tv and theatre as a costumer.

Research interests/expertise

I am coming close to the thesis submission for my PhD from Loughborough University, exploring the gendered semiotics of social robots and embodied AI. I am interested in trans disciplinary research and arts based research, to which I bring a feminist lens and methodology from my own practice.
