Chinedu Dibia is a Lecturer in Business Management at the School of Leadership, Management, and Marketing of the Faculty of Business and Law, Leicester Castle Business School (LCBS), Â鶹ƵµÀ (DMU), Leicester, United Kingdom. Prior to joining DMU, Chinedu has over a decade-long experience in industry which has spanned telecoms, manufacturing, IT/Banking and academia.

Chinedu has a PhD in Operations Management and Sustainability from the University of Portsmouth and he focused his doctoral research on exploring the use of risk-based approach in tackling the sustainability challenge of municipal solid waste management (MSWM) in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Chinedu teaches various modules at both the undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) levels. He also supervises UG- and PG- level dissertations. His research interest cuts across various domains of sustainability, technology management and innovation.
