Personal profile

Liz joined DMU as a Senior Lecturer in 2020. In addition to her teaching interests, Liz is particularly passionate about improving the student experience, embedding employability, working in partnership with local communities, and outreach activities to widen participation in higher education. Liz is Programme Leader for all DMU LL.B programmes and is committed to preparing and supporting students to succeed in their studies. Liz's role as Programme Leader means she is ultimately responsible for academic leadership, management and assessment, for the LL.B.

Working closely with the relative module leaders, Programme Leaders are responsible for delivering the programme using appropriate teaching and learning and assessment methods, effecting any necessary modifications, and communicating information to students.
