Personal profile

My background is as a practitioner in the Probation Service where I held both training and Senior Management positions for many years. Since joining DMU in 2022, my current teaching is on the professional training course for Probation Officers, primarily around rehabilitation and risk of serious harm. I am also Module Leader for a Leadership module within a recently validated Masters in Criminal Justice leadership. My interests include management and leadership in a range of criminal justice settings, and the professional continuous development of criminal justice staff across the sector.
