A Â鶹ƵµÀ Leicester (DMU) graduate is relishing her role at a multinational snack company.
Paisley Torevell is working with big-name brands such as Cadbury and Oreo in her post as Sales Development Executive with Mondelēz International.
She landed the job after a placement year at the company and says: "Who wouldn't love working with chocolate!
"I really enjoy it because it's something new every day, which requires me to think on my feet and come up with personalised solutions for 120 different retail accounts.
"The part I enjoy most is supporting marketing for our big brands such as Cadbury and Belvita through winning space for point of sale, as you can really see the difference it makes to sales.
"It's a company I feel immensely passionate about, with amazing brands and an even better organisation culture. Additionally, it offers opportunities to progress very quickly."
The 22-year-old credits her placement year with boosting her employability.
She said: "It makes you 1,000 per cent more employable.
"I had several blue chip companies approach me for interviews, but regardless of the other opportunities, it was always going to be Mondelēz for me."

Marketing graduate is going places
Paisley started work in the company's West Midlands region after graduating this summer with a First and winning two prizes - Advertising and Marketing Communications Student 2016, sponsored by Bigdog PR, and Best Brand Portfolio.
She said: "I always wanted to win the prizes, as I'm pretty competitive, but I had some amazing people on my modules and course, so was overwhelmed when I won.
"I'm the first person in my family to go to university and grew up on a council estate. I struggled at high school and was average at college, so for me it was the most amazing feeling to achieve these awards."
Originally from Greater Manchester, Paisley decided to study at DMU because of the reputation of the business school.
She said: "I had studied marketing since secondary school and wanted to further my skills in this area, focusing specifically on advertising.
"The shining star for me was the lecturers and tutors - they are genuinely enthusiastic, helpful and passionate about their modules, which motivated me to work harder.
"My favourite module was Brand Portfolio, which offers the opportunity to create your own brand and carry it all the way through to market launch. It's a fantastic alternative to a dissertation and extremely relevant to the current business environment."
Paisley intends to make the most of every opportunity that comes her way.
She added: "I hope to gain knowledge in every area of Mondelēz and hopefully acquire a role more involved in branding strategy. Then who knows? I never plan to stop!"
