Collaborative work with health and social care agencies and community groups is a priority, to ensure active dissemination and implementation of research findings in practice. Researchers at the MSRC are active in international networks to promote equality in health and care. This research Centre incorporates the (LCMHR) 

a collaborative research centre with DMU, University of Leicester and Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. We are also collaborating with the newly established Stephen Lawrence Research Centre with respect to race and ethnicity research.
