Flats have a shared kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, as well as an area with a sofa and curtains. Kitchen facilities include a cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle & microwave. Each flat also has a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, iron and ironing board, and a bin.

Additional (and important) rent considerations
Please be sure to check payment dates and amounts prior to making your booking. Not all payment options fall in line with your student loan. The first instalment is not due until shortly after you arrive. Your student loan is not usually deposited until after you have enrolled on your course.
Payments can be made by debit card or credit card or by direct debit, bank transfers can be used for customers with no other ways of making payment.
The rent instalments should be made directly to Unite Group.
